How much does a website cost in South Africa?
Our one-page Starter websites start at R2,500 once-off. A multi-page Business website starts at R6,500, and online stores start at R12,500. Hosting is billed separately from R99 per month. After our first chat you get a fixed quote, so there are no surprise costs.
How long does it take to build my website?
A one-page site usually takes about 7 days, a Business website 2–3 weeks and an online store 3–5 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly we receive your content, such as your logo, photos and text.
Do I need to have my own content and photos?
It helps, but you don't have to. We can write your page copy, source suitable stock photos and design a simple logo if you don't have one yet.
Can you host a website that someone else built?
Yes. We move existing websites (including WordPress) to our hosting for free on Business Hosting and above, and your email comes across too.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. Business and Online Store websites come with an easy editor and a short training session. If you would rather not, a Care Plan lets us make the changes for you.
Do you help with getting my business on Google?
Every website we build includes on-page SEO, a sitemap and Google Search Console set-up. Business packages also include setting up or optimising your Google Business Profile, so you appear on Google Maps.
Do you build websites for radio stations and churches?
Yes. It's one of our specialities. As part of Khwaza Media we build radio station websites with live players and schedules, and can also host your stream through Khwaza Radio.
Do you only work with clients in Klerksdorp?
No. We're based in Klerksdorp in the North West, but we work with clients across South Africa over WhatsApp, phone and video calls.
How do payments work?
Website projects are 50% deposit to start and 50% on completion, before going live. Hosting is billed monthly or yearly (two months free on yearly).
