Who we are

What we collect

When you submit our project form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, town and the project details you choose to share. We also record your IP address and browser type to protect the form against spam and abuse.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data, such as the pages you visit and your approximate location.

Why we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare quotes and deliver the services you ask for. We don't sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored on our hosting servers and in our business email. We share it only with service providers we need to deliver your project (for example, domain registrars and payment gateways), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Requests that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires (for example, for tax purposes).

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@khwaza.co.za. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
